As the International Site Manager Wind, Marine & Immersed Tunnels at Ballast Nedam, you will oversee day-to-day operations on national and international project sites. You are responsible for the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations. With your experience, leadership, and organizational skills, you will inspire the team, foster collaboration, and ensure smooth operations. Your contribution is essential to achieving project goals. You understand better than anyone that in this high-stakes industry, failure is not an option.

You will not only coordinate and manage internal teams and site personnel but also oversee local subcontractors at project sites worldwide. Together with the planning team, you will develop detailed project schedules and methodologies and ensure strict adherence to them. You will monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, deviations, or opportunities for optimization, and implement solutions effectively. Additionally, you will handle the contractual and administrative aspects of the projects and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project management, inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Above all, you ensure safety on the construction site and work according to our high integrity standards. You will coach and motivate your team members, fostering their professional growth within the framework of our HR policies.

This role takes place in an international context: you will frequently travel to project sites worldwide and collaborate with partners and teams from various cultures.
