As an International Project Manager Wind, Marine & Immersed Tunnels at Ballast Nedam, you are responsible for the preparation and execution of diverse and dynamic international projects. You ensure that all projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budgets. With your independence and sense of responsibility, you lead complex projects from start to completion, contributing to the success and continuity of our company. Precision in contract management and follow-up with clients is second nature to you. You understand better than anyone that failure is not an option in this field.

You are involved in the entire process, from acquisition to execution. You play a central role in determining cost estimates, feasibility, and alternatives, set goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor both schedules and budgets. You build and maintain a strong stakeholder network and ensure clear communication and reporting on project progress. Additionally, you manage local subcontractors and foster effective collaboration with them to ensure projects run smoothly. Safety, integrity, and sustainable outcomes are always at the core of your work ethic.

This role operates in an international context: you will travel regularly to project sites worldwide and collaborate with partners and teams from diverse cultures.
